Guide to Relaxing Essential Oils. Top 5 Relaxing Essential Oils.

In any situation each of us want to relax after returning home from a hard day. Essential oils discussed in this article will not only allow you to relieve tension after a long day of stress, but also affect the state of your psyche and consciousness. Daily relaxation for 3-4 weeks, using essential oils or blends chosen for their specific healing of psycho-somatic problems, will lead to a more correct perception of life and stress for better health.
Here are not only the so-called relaxing oils but stabilizers of emotions and stimulating essential oils as well. Many of the characteristics of the essential oils mentioned in this article are based on contemporary research, the chemical components and the impact they have on the biochemistry of the body. Accordingly, the change in the “chemistry” of the body affects the condition of such elements – the fundamental principles of life, as “fire”, “wind”, “earth”, “water” and “space”, and the flow of energy in the channels and organs. For example, my favorite oil at the moment is ginger which has a good effect for problems with “mucus” (with the predominance of the impact of the water). It “kindles” fire in the body in suppressing effects of the water element leading to an increase in energy and a more active external life. The main thing is to understand the condition and to choose an essential oil based on the problem you want to work on.
The same oil should be chosen based on the pleasantness of the scent or the images caused by the scent. Go to the selection of “your” relaxing oils for creativity.
Application methods of aromatherapy for relaxation can be different. At the end of a difficult day it is better to take a bath or use a diffuser or any other means of fragrance. If you need to recover after a quarrel or an emotional “explosion” then apply the oil or composition to the area of the pulse or on a handkerchief and inhale for a few minutes. A relaxing massage is especially good when the stress becomes chronic.
