A. Body oil blends from carrier oils
The oil base and blends (Can be used without added essential oils.)
1. “Rain” to cool and soothe the skin
– 2-3 tablespoons of coconut oil
2. “Mediterranean” to soften the skin
– 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
3. To nourish and soften the skin
– 110 ml of avocado oil or choose jojoba
– 10 ml of wheat germ oil
4. To power # 1
– To 15 ml of jojoba oil
– 15 ml peanut oil
– 15 ml of almond oil
– 7 ml Leticia oil
– To 7 ml of the germ oil (germ) wheat
5. To power # 2
– 100 ml of almond oil

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Storage:
With addition of wheat germ oil no more than 4-5 months and no more than 3 months without.
B. Body oil blends with added essential oils
Use instead of creams or body massage
Compositions:
(120 ml of any base oil or mixture, unless otherwise specified)
1. For normal skin
– 20 drops of lavender oil
– 10 drops of bergamot oil
– 10 drops of rose oil
2. For oily skin
– 15 drops cypress oil
– To 15 drops of cedar oil
– 15 drops frankincense oil
3. For dry skin
– 15 drops of lavender oil
– 15 drops of geranium oil
– 15 drops of rosewood oil
4. For aging skin
– 15 drops of lavender oil
– 15 drops frankincense oil
– 15 drops patchouli oil
5. Stimulates, awakens, refreshes and improves circulation
– 35 drops of rosemary oil
– 25 drops basil oil
– 15 drops peppermint oil
6. Weakness of the connective tissue (stretch marks)
– 60 ml wheat germ oil, as the base
– 40 drops lavender oil
7. For tired and aching feet
– 20 drops of rosemary oil
– 15 drops of lavender oil
– 5 drops peppermint oil
8. For firming
– 25 drops of lavender oil
– 5 drops neroli oil

– 120 ml of jojoba oil or wheat germ oil as the basis
– 20 drops of orange oil
– 20 drops of cypress oil
– 10 drops of sage oil
12. To increase breast size (Use twice a day for several months, there are no miracles!)

Preparation:
Pour base oil or mixture into a container for storage, add the essential oils from the selected recipe, close the bottle with composition and shake for 1-2 minutes.
Application:
Is applied directly to the skin to moisturize and improve its structure, as well as for massage.
C. Body Cream
As a base you can use an odorless cream or prepare the composition yourself.
The usual base for cream with essential oils:
– 120 ml of base oil to choose
– 160 ml of water
– 7.5 ml beeswax
– 0.5 teaspoon of Borax
Compositions:
1. Moisturizing #1 (for all skin types)
– 25 ml of anhydrous lanolin (animal wax)
– 25 ml of coconut oil
– 125 ml of jojoba oil
– 50 ml of almond oil
– 25 ml of wheat germ oil
– 1 tablespoon oil vitamin E
– 50 drops of essential oil or a mixture depending on what effect you want to achieve from their aroma-therapeutic effect.
2. Moisturizer # 2 (for all skin types)
– 30 ml of canola oil
– 15 ml Coco oil
– 5 ml of beeswax
– 45 ml of distilled water
– 35 drops of lavender essential oil
– 12 drops essential of sandalwood oil
3. Moisturizing # 3
Recipe using dry herbs (for any skin type)
– 0.5 tablespoon of rose petals
– 0.5 tablespoon of calendula
– 120 ml water
– 30 ml almond oil
– 30 ml peanut oil
– ¼ teaspoon of Borax
– 4 ml of beeswax
– 10 drops essential oil of rose, geranium or neroli on request
4. Supply #1(for normal, combination and oily skin)
– 15 ml canola oil
– 10 ml olive oil (or St. John’s wort, calendula or chamomile)
– 5 ml of peanut butter
– 5 ml coconut oil
– 5 ml of beeswax
– 45 ml of distilled water
If olive oil is not infused with the herb, you could choose to add either 2 ml of calendula oil or 10-12 drops of chamomile oil.
– 15 drops of essential oil of ylang-ylang
– 15 drops of lavender
– 7-8 drops of lemongrass
5. Supply #2
Recipe using dry herbs for normal, combination and oily skin.
– 0.5 tablespoon of elderberry flowers
– 0.5 tbsp. sage oil
– 0.5 tablespoons of yarrow normal
– 120 ml water
– 30 ml of grape seed oil
– 30 ml of canola oil
– ¼ teaspoon of Borax
– 4 ml of beeswax
– 8 drops of sage oil (optional)
– 15 drops of lime oil (optional)
6. Regenerating # 1 (For all skin types, especially dry and aging)
– 0.5 tablespoon (marshmallow root)
– 0.5 tablespoon of fennel seed oil
– 120 ml water
– To 15 ml of jojoba oil
– 30 ml peanut oil
– 7.5 ml of avocado oil
– 7.5 ml wheat germ oil
– ¼ teaspoon of Borax
– 4 ml of beeswax
– 10 drops of fennel oil or other essential oils (optional)
7. Regenerating # 2 (for all skin types, especially dry and aging)
– To 15 ml of jojoba oil
– To 10 ml of avocado oil
– 10 ml peanut oil
– 20 ml olive oil (better infused with calendula or chamomile oil)
– 10 ml oil of wheat germ
If olive oil is not infused, then you can choose to add 2 ml of calendula oil or 10-12 drops of chamomile oil
– To 5 ml of Leticia
– 15 ml of Shea butter
– 15 ml coconut oil
– 8 ml beeswax
– 5 ml vegetable glycerin
– 5ml (100 drops) of lavender essential oil
– 15 drops of essential oil of geranium (pelargonium)
– 10 drops of cedar essential oil
Preparation:
If your composition calls for dry herbs infuse by pouring boiled water over the herbs using the amount indicated in the recipe. Allow to infuse for at least 4 hours. Strain. Add the essential oil and pieces of beeswax in specified quantity as directed in the recipe. Heat the resulting in a warm water bath, stirring occasionally until smooth. If the recipe calls for borax dissolve it in water or the infusion of herbs. If the recipe has water or infusion of herbs heat it to room temperature. Cooling the mixture of oils with wax to room temperature. For mixing the received water and oil mix it is necessary to use a blender. Add oil into the blender mixture, and gradually add water or infusion of herbs, stirring all at maximum speed until smooth or about 5 minutes. Essential oils are added at the last phase of the cream preparation, and the resulting composition is thoroughly mixed.
Application:
Is applied directly to the skin to improve its structure, as well as for massage.
D. Air fresheners for the body
Compositions:
60 ml of distilled water or meltwater. (Optional add 1 tablespoon of vodka to increase shelf life)
1. General recommendation
– 20 drops of essential oil or mixture of choice
2. For dry irritated skin
– 10 drops of chamomile oil (anti-irritation)
– 10 drops of fennel oil (anti-dryness)
3. For oily skin
– 15 drops of lemongrass oil
– 5 drops of lavender or rosemary oil (cleansing)
4. Cool and refreshing for hot weather
– 20 drops peppermint oil
5. Aphrodisiac
– 10 drops of ylang-ylang oil
– 10 drops sandalwood oil
Preparation:
Add water and the vodka (optional) in the storage vessel. Add essential oil and mix by shaking.
Use:
It is best to use in a sprayer.
E. Deodorant
I. Deodorant in liquid form
Base:
– 50 ml of vodka
– 50 ml of distilled water
– 1-3 ml of glycerin (optional for mitigating composition)
Compositions:
1.“Woody”
(Good for both women and men. Combines disinfecting and deodorizing effects)
– 100ml basics deodorant-liquid
– 10 drops of tea tree oil
– 10 drops of cedar oil
– 10 drops sandalwood oil
2. “Exotic”
– 100 ml basics of deodorant-liquid
– 10 drops geranium oil
– 10 drops of patchouli oil
– 15 drops of lavender oil
3. “Vanilla”
– 15 ml vanilla tincture (15 ml vodka add half a vanilla bean, infuse for at least 3 weeks)
– 15 ml sage tincture (15 ml vodka add about 4 grams of sage, infuse for at least 3 weeks)
– 1 ml of glycerin
– 30 ml of water
– 5 drops tea tree oil
– 8 drops lavender oil
– 4 drops of cedar oil
4. “Saleeby”
(Sage has cleansing and astringent effects, and the alcohol disinfecting and deodorizing)
– 50 ml of vodka or brandy
– 50 ml of water infusion of sage (60 ml boiling water to half tablespoon sage, leave for 1 hour, and you can also use infusions of basil, lavender, mint, thyme or yarrow)
– 2-3 ml of glycerol
– 20 drops of sage oil
5. “Clove” (Clove has a strong cleansing and deodorizing effects)
– 50 ml of vodka or brandy
– 50 ml of the water extract of clove (60 ml boiling water to half teaspoon of cloves, leave for 1 hour; you can use other herbs (see deodorant “Saleeby”)
– 2-3 ml of glycerol
– 2 drops essential oil of clove
Preparation:
Add water or infusion, vodka and glycerin in a container for storage or dispenser. Stir or shake to mix well. Add essential oil and mix by shaking.
Use:
It is best to use a sprayer.
II. Deodorant as powder
Compositions:
1. “Orange” (refreshing)
– 1 tablespoon baking soda
– 5 drops of essential oil of sweet orange
– 3 drops of essential oil of tea tree
– 1 drop cassia
2. “Cinnamon-rosemary” (refreshing)
– 4 tablespoons of clay
– 16 drops cinnamon oil
– 25 drops of rosemary oil
– 10 drops of thuja oil
Preparation:
Add baking soda or clay into a bowl for mixing. Add essential oils and mix thoroughly. Add the obtained composition in a vessel for use or storage.
