Taking Care of Your Nails

A. Oil for nail care
Composition:
– 30 ml almond oil
– 2 drops of lavender oil
– 2 drops sandalwood oil
– 2 drops of cypress oil
Preparation:
Prepare right before use. Heat almond oil in a small basin. Add essential oil and stir.
Application:
Place the fingertips in the basin and soak for 10 minutes. This composition can also be used for toenails.

B. Massage oil for nails
Composition:
– 4 ml of almond or jojoba oil
– 5 drops of vitamin E (or vitamin E 1 capsule)
1. 2 drops each of lemon, sandalwood, lavender, tea tree and benzoin oils
2. 3 drops each of sandalwood and frankincense oils, 2 drops lemon, lavender and benzoin oils (recommended for damaged cuticle)
Preparation:
Mix the components and pour into a bottle for storage.
Storage:
The bottle should be of a dark glass and the composition should be stored in a cool place.
Application:
Apply 2 drops of the composition daily (preferably at bedtime) on each nail and massage the nail. Massaging is very important.
Notes:
Can also be used for toenails.

C. Oil for the care of brittle nails
Composition:
– 30 ml vegetable oil
– 20 drops of lemon oil
Preparation:
Mix the components and pour in a bottle made of dark glass.
Application:
Lubricate the nails regularly with the prepared composition.

D. Getting rid of fungal infection
Recommendations:
Massage tea tree essential oil to the infected nail 2-3 times a day. If results are not achieved after 2 to 3 weeks, take a break for a few weeks and repeat the course of treatment.
