Camphor essential oil can be obtained from a number of sources. However, with respect to the production of essential oil from natural sources, Camphor essential oil can be obtained from the camphor tree ‘Cinnamomum camphora’ as well as ‘Dryobaanops camphora’. These are both evergreen trees found in Asian countries like Indonesia and India.
