Remedies for Headaches, Migraines

Formulas
1. 3-4 drops of lavender oil or
2. 3 drops of lavender and 2 drops of chamomile oil or
3. 2 drops of lavender oil; 2 drops each of peppermint and marjoram; 1 drop of Melissa

Preparation
Moisten a handkerchief with amount of oil or blend listed in the one of the above choices.

Application
Take three deep breaths. Sniff the handkerchief coated with the mixture periodically, until the pain is relieved.
