Preparation:
Massage oil is prepared on the basis of oil-basics. Add 10 – 15 ml (2 teaspoons) vegetable or cosmetic oil to 6-10 drops of essential oil or blend

B. Bath body
Good to use for mild pain or as a prophylactic care.
Preparation:
Add 6-10 drops of essential oil or mixture, stir well in water or dissolve in 10 ml (2 teaspoons) vegetable or cosmetic oil or any other emulsifier before adding to the bath water. Soak in the bath for 15-20 minutes with a course of treatment for 10 – 20 days.

C. Bath for hands
Regular use can remove toxins, reduce inflammation, pain and increase joint mobility.
Preparation:
One large or two small bowls to fill with warm water. You can use vegetable oil as the oil base for dissolving essential oils and make the skin soft and tender. Add essential oils according to composition. Immerse hands in one large bowl or individually and soak for 10-15 minutes, 1-2 times a day with a course of treatment for 7-15 days. After the procedure, you can also massage the hands with a pre-prepared blend of essential oils.

D. Hot compress
Good for chronic pain. Changes the biochemistry, removing the pain.
Preparation:
Method 1. Pour a minimal amount of hot water for soaking the appropriate towel or other cloth for the compress. The water temperature should be as hot as you can tolerate. Add and mix 6-10 drops of essential oil or blend. Wet towel or cloth in the water, wring out excess water and apply to the affected area. Repeat when the cloth has cooled to body temperature. You can change 1-3 times. You can also wrap the cloth around a hot water bottle, which in turn will heat the “pack”. Do this 1-2 times a day with a treatment of 7-15 days.
Method 2. Wet a towel, or other cloth in water. Squeeze out excess water and place in the microwave for a few minutes. Mix 6-10 drops of essential oil or blend in a small amount of hot water, stir and pour it over the entire surface of the towel or cloth. Make a compress as recommended in method 1.
